Developed 20 original recipes for Cosori's dual-zone air fryer, treating each recipe as a systems design problem built around the appliance's actual capabilities.

Most of my career has been about finding the system underneath the surface problem.
I've worked across creative direction, UX design, and organisational facilitation — moving between disciplines because complex problems rarely fit inside one. In 2023, I relocated to Dublin and spent two years running kitchen operations at Vice Pizza & Wings: built their SOPs, trained their chefs — then designed and shipped a mobile operations platform from scratch, as the person managing the kitchen, not an outside consultant.
That proximity to the problem is how I work best. I go in deep before I open Figma.
